| Standard manufacturers warranty on all spa models sold by JC Distributors LLC. 5 years on shell surface and structure. 2 years on electrical parts, 2 years on plumbing and 1 year on labor*. Tier 1 Upgraded Warranty: 5 years on shell surface and structure. 5 years on electrical parts, 5 years on plumbing and 2 years on labor*. Tier 2 Premium Warranty: 10 years on shell surface and structure. 10 years on electrical parts, 5 years on plumbing and 5 years on labor*. Tier 3 Lifetime Parts, Labor and Service Warranty. 10 years on shell surface and structure. Lifetime on electrical parts, Lifetime on plumbing and Lifetime on labor**. **Lifetime labor warranty has NO limitations except as to the disclaimer below. This guarantee states that your spa repair will be performed within 7 days of receipt of service call. Disclaimer: If the spa you purchase from JC Distributos LLC is installed in such a way, that prohibits acceptable access to reach the equipment, the labor cost and / or crane cost to remove the spa for service is not covered under this warranty. Additionally, any acts of vandelism, neglect, abuse or attempted repair by someone other than an authorized service technician, will void warranty immediately. Neglect covers improper chemical usage, improper PH balance, the use of any chemical or treatment not authorized by JC Distributors LLC, and leaving spa empty of water for longer than 7 days. Before draining your spa, please consult JC Distributors LLC direct for proper directions. ________________ *Labor rates are covered under the following fee schedule. Electrical repairs including pumps, heater, controls and blower are covered for the first $100 per incident. Plumbing repairs are covered for the first $150 per incident. Diagnostic charges, travel fees and any fees above and beyond the above listed fees, are NOT covered under our warranty. Your rights under this warranty may vary from state to state.
