Effective January 1st, 2009, ALL of our swim spas come with our exclusive
Lifetime parts warranty which covers all of the electronic equipment. This
warranty picks up where the manufacturer warranty ends. It covers the
pumps, blowers, equipment pack and heater. No other company in the U.S.
offers a better warranty on their swim spas. Please contact us for further

Effective July 15, 2010 J.C. Distributors L.L.C. will offer an optional
"Lifetime" labor service contract for all of their spas. This covers all labor
for any electrical or plumbing issue. This also guarantees that your spa will
be serviced by an authorized repair technician within 7 days of the call for
service, or J.C. will personally come out to repair the spa, no matter what
state you live in. The cost for this optional coverage is a $2,000 one time
charge, and can be added to an existing spa purchased from J.C.
Distributors L.L.C. after January 1, 2005. After the $2,000 is paid, you will
never pay anything out of pocket for a repair. The spa shell and structure
is NOT covered under this warranty.
